Supporting people through difficult times has been a passion of mine for many years. I believe in personal and professional development through self-awareness and mindful living. My approach in offering therapy is integrative and draws on elements from several psychotherapeutic models. My philosophy guides an approach to treatment that is tailored to individual client needs. The therapy, however, typically involves fostering the cultivation of self-compassion and self-acceptance through the practice of Maitri (unconditional friendliness toward oneself). For this, a foundational practice involves learning how to be “comfortable with the uncomfortable,“ which creates opportunities for resilience, joy, understanding, and clarity.
