Wherever you are in your life's journey, know that there are those who have been in your place, are in your place, and will be in your place; it just looks and feels differently for everyone. Whether it is depression, anxiety, loss, relationships, identity, trauma, or something presently unidentified, we all face moments where we feel overwhelmed, stuck, and not fully ourselves. My aim is to help you increase awareness of your emotions and how you relate to others. Together we'll discover ways of being that are healing, empowering, and restoring while providing either the acceptance or change you desire. I work with adolescents and adults through talk therapy while also utilizing creative interventions as needed. By using verbal and non-verbal methods of exploration, we are expanding our language of expression. I believe that in the right language your story will unfold. In the right space, you'll feel comfortable enough to unfold it. Whether therapy is new or familiar, I take my time to know you and to co-create the necessary safety for exploration.
