Shame, anxiety, overwhelming stress and relationship difficulties can disrupt our ability to live a mindful and conscious life. Working with adults and adolescents to promote acceptance, empathy and compassion is my primary interest and the approach I take in therapy. I also have experience and a passion for working with clients who are struggling with Eating Disorders and body image issues. I feel that the energy between therapist and client is the first step in healing emotional wounds and promoting positive changes. Besides working with clients individually I also co-facilitate an Eating disorder recovery process group.
