We are a small group of pre-licensed and licensed clinicians. We welcome everyone and offer services in English and in Spanish. As therapists, we believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental, open-minded and supportive space for the people we serve. Our approach typically involves fostering the cultivation of self-awareness and self-acceptance through the practice of Maitri (unconditional friendliness toward oneself) and we attend not just to mental health challenges but advocate for the provision of resources needed to thrive.
