My fellowship training was at the UCDMC Pain Management Center, where I specialized in working with individuals living with chronic pain. Individual and group therapy were used to support and teach more effective coping strategies. In my private practice, I continue to work with patients living with chronic pain. I also work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, sleep difficulties and relationship challenges.
