Welcome, I appreciate your interest in exploring the options of my practice. As a registered Art Therapist and Marriage and Family Therapist my approach tends to be interactive. I value a strength-based perspective with clients that focuses on identifying and building strengths as a means to achieve your goals, especially approaches to well being and happiness. I often use solution-focused and narrative approaches that include skill building through cognitive-behavioral techniques. I provide a variety of modalities to address clients' needs which includes art therapy groups for teens and adults as means of support and expression. My training specializations have included trauma-focused CBT, as well as neurologically informed trauma therapy using art with children and adolescents, grief/bereavement work with all populations.
