Lack of resolution of these events can contribute to later symptoms of anxiety, depression, difficulty managing emotions and relationship conflict. I am a seasoned practitioner of cognitive behavior therapy, dialectal behavior therapy and EMDR. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I provide consultation to other practitioners.
