I work from a feminist therapy and multicultural framework and always consider the larger cultural forces and structures that impact both mental and physical health. My main interest is assisting clients in living more fulfilling and balanced lives both mentally and physically. I create space for reflection, where you can be yourself and explore what you want to understand, achieve, or overcome. We then work on taking action that will move you towards living a more fulfilling, healthy and happy life. I am engaged and interactive and like to be goal focused in our sessions. We can work in a traditional office setting or discuss setting up outdoors active therapy sessions.
