If you choose to take the risk of coming to therapy I will encourage you to invite your curiosity, compassion and immediate experience to help guide you on your journey and achieve your life goals. I will facilitate safe space in my office to support you as you explore. As you allow more vulnerable experiences to arise and you process your feelings, you may have greater understanding and relief from your emotional pain. This relief often allows for space for you to feel more positive feelings of hope, love, satisfaction and appreciation for more intimate connections with others. I will also use my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and trauma work (EMDR) to help you navigate the rough emotional seas that may get stirred up as we travel together. In addition, I am a Diamond Heart student in a mindful/meditation school since 2003. I am also in a teacher training program of the Diamond Approach since 2012. This training strengthens my capacity to be fully present with you and gives me knowledge and experience to help you learn to be more mindful, present and inquire as you discover your life.
