Hello students! My name is Jon Schlinger. I work with individuals struggling with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, attachment difficulties/trauma, interpersonal/relationship concerns, personal growth, loneliness/isolation, grief/loss, gender identity, sexual orientation, men's issues, work/school challenges, self-esteem, and identity concerns. In our work together, I value helping you improve your relationship with yourself and others, helping you connect with your emotions at a deeper level, expanding your creativity, and improving your ability to live more fully in the present. Focus of sessions is often on present moment interactions between the two of us as a means for insight and growth. I look forward to hearing from you!
