I provide both individual and group therapy for Anxiety Disorders. Approximately 95% of my full-time practice is devoted to Anxiety Disorders and OCD. I also have a group for Social Anxiety for Teens and will be starting a Mindfulness for Anxiety Group in the late Spring. I have both Directed an Intensive Outpatient Program for OCD and have treated hundreds of clients with OCD. I utilize ACT-Based ERP and work with people out in the community and at their homes as needed.
