Talking with a trained listener helps alleviate emotional distress in a way that inspires hope and relief. I am trained to listen and interact with you get to the root of your emotional concerns. I have been a licensed therapist since 1983. I have a good sense of humor and give balanced and honest feedback. I trust that together we can figure out what's in the way of your happiness. I offer individual, couples and group therapy. For those interested, we use the labyrinth as a tool for deeper understanding. I treat a wide range of conditions including depression, anxiety, OCD, drug and alcohol addictions, relationship conflicts and grief and loss issues.
